Happy New Year from our team at Group Health Dental. We are proud to be entering into 2019 as we continue to serve you, and all our patients, with the care, procedures and amenities that you need and deserve. Come in and see us in 2019. We look forward to serving you.
As you make your list of New Year’s Resolutions, you probably did not add anything related to dental health. Why is this? For most people, the standard routine of brushing, flossing and visiting the dentist for routine checkups are fairly easy. For this reason, your dental care can tend to become mundane and a habit worth maintaining, but not one that is enjoyed or even given much thought to.
At Group Health Dental, we want you to continue to maintain those dental health-promoting habits in 2019. But, why not consider making your old dental routines and habits new and fresh again in 2019?
Boost Your Brushing
Why not consider boosting your brushing game by busting out with some new moves? Continue your good habit of brushing two minutes, two times a day, but try adding some tunes to your routine. Try finding a song you like to bust a move to and make sure it’s two minutes long. Play it each time you brush to ensure getting optimal results by brushing for the full two minutes. Hint: This is a great way to help kids gauge how long they’ve brushed while making it fun at the same time.
Floss It Up
Did you know there are a variety of tools you can use to accomplish the flossing of your teeth? Why not try one out? No method is superior to another, however some help you if you have fine motor issues or other difficulties in flossing.
Take Advantage of Our Amenities
When you come in for your dental appointment, why not try to take advantage of every aspect of our warm and caring environment that we provide. We offer new patient gift bags, free Wi-Fi, beverage bar and noise cancellation headphones.
We look forward to serving you and all our patients at Group Health Dental in 2019! Come in and see us.
